TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from
aliviva.shop. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service.

If anything in these Terms of Sale conflicts with our Terms of
Service, these Terms of Sale prevail for matters concerning your
purchase.

1. THE SELLER

Norvelle LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business
as Aliviva.

2. THE BUYER

You must be at least 18 years old and purchasing for your own
personal use.

We sell to consumers, not for resale. We may cancel and refund
orders that show signs of resale or bulk-buying activity.

3. WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

Aliviva Gua Sha Face Oil, a cosmetic face oil in a 30 ml bottle,
for external use on the skin.

The product page states the size, the full ingredient list, and
how the product is intended to be used. Please read it before
ordering, particularly if you have a nut allergy.

4. HOW A SALE IS FORMED

Placing an order is an offer to buy at the price displayed.

Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your
offer. It does not accept it.

The sale is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you
a dispatch confirmation. Until that moment, either of us may
cancel at no cost.

5. AVAILABILITY

Our products are subject to availability. If we cannot supply an
item after you have paid, we cancel that item and refund it in
full within 3 business days.

6. PRICE

All prices are in United States dollars and are those displayed
at the moment you complete checkout.

Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown before you confirm.
Shipping within the United States is free.

If we later change our prices, the change does not affect an
order already placed.

7. PRICING AND DESCRIPTION ERRORS

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price or with a
materially incorrect description, we may cancel the affected
order and refund you in full. We will contact you and explain
before doing so, and we will offer you the chance to reorder at
the correct price.

8. PAYMENT

Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment
provider. We do not store your full card details.

We do not offer subscriptions, automatic renewals, recurring
charges, negative-option billing, or free trials that convert
into paid orders. You are charged once, for the order you placed.

If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.

9. ONE PURCHASE, ONE CHARGE

You will see a single charge per order, made at the time you
order, from a descriptor identifying Aliviva or Norvelle LLC.

If you see a charge you do not recognise, email us before
contacting your bank. We will identify it for you within one
business day.

10. DELIVERY

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, which is
incorporated into these Terms of Sale.

In summary: shipping within the United States is free, orders are
processed within 1 to 2 business days, our products ship from our
fulfilment partner outside the United States, and delivery takes
8 to 15 business days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates. If we cannot dispatch within the
stated time, we will contact you and offer you the choice of
accepting the delay or cancelling for a full refund.

11. TITLE AND RISK

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the product is
delivered to the address you provided.

Ownership passes to you when we have received payment in full.

Until delivery, any loss or damage in transit is ours, not yours.
This is why we refund lost and damaged parcels without requiring
a return.

12. CANCELLING AND CHANGING AN ORDER

You may cancel or amend your order at no cost at any time before
dispatch. Email support@aliviva.shop as soon as possible.

Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled, but our 60-day
refund guarantee applies.

13. REFUNDS

Refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is
incorporated into these Terms of Sale.

In summary: you may request a full refund within 60 calendar days
of delivery, for any reason, opened or unopened, and you do not
need to return anything.

14. PRODUCT SUITABILITY AND SAFETY

This product is a cosmetic. It is not intended to diagnose,
treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

It contains sweet almond oil and is not suitable for anyone with
a tree nut allergy. For external use only. Avoid contact with the
eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of
children.

We describe how the product looks, feels, and performs. We do not
promise a particular result for any individual.

15. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits or excludes any right you
have under federal or state consumer protection law. Where a term
here conflicts with such a right, that right applies.

16. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our
reasonable control, including customs processing, carrier
disruption, severe weather, or public emergencies. If such an
event causes a substantial delay, we will contact you and offer
you the choice of waiting or cancelling for a full refund.

17. LIABILITY

Our liability in connection with a sale is limited as set out in
our Terms of Service, and in any event will not exceed the amount
you paid for the order concerned.

Nothing limits our liability for fraud, for personal injury
caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be
limited by law.

18. COMPLAINTS

Email support@aliviva.shop. We reply within 1 business day and
resolve most matters within two.

Contacting us does not affect your right to raise the matter with
your bank or card issuer.

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of
Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules. The state and
federal courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction, without
prejudice to your right to bring a claim in small claims court.

20. CHANGES

The version of these Terms of Sale in force at the moment you
place an order is the version that applies to that order.
