These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aliviva.shop
(the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is
operated by Norvelle LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company
doing business as Aliviva ("Aliviva", "we", "us", "our").

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding
contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you
meet these requirements.

We currently sell and ship to addresses within the United States
only.

2. THE PRODUCT

Aliviva Gua Sha Face Oil is a cosmetic product intended for
external use on the skin.

It is not a drug and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or
prevent any disease. Nothing on the Site is medical advice. If you
have a skin condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are under the
care of a dermatologist, consult a qualified professional before
use.

This product contains sweet almond oil. It is not suitable for
anyone with a tree nut allergy. The full ingredient list is
published on the product page and printed on the label. Please
read it before use.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid contact with the eyes.
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND IMAGES

We work to describe our product accurately. Photographs are
illustrative; colour and appearance may vary slightly between
screens and between batches of a natural oil.

We do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content on
the Site are entirely error-free. If a product is not as
described, your remedy is our Return and Refund Policy.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in United States dollars (USD) and exclude any
sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your
order is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout.

Payment is taken at checkout. We do not offer subscriptions,
automatic renewals, negative-option billing, or free trials that
convert into paid orders. You will only ever be charged for an
order you have actively placed.

5. ORDERS

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email
acknowledges receipt but does not create a contract. The contract
is formed when we dispatch your order.

We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, in limited
circumstances: the product is unavailable, we detect fraud or
resale activity, we cannot verify the billing or shipping
information, or the listing contained an obvious pricing or
description error.

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in
full. We will always tell you why.

6. PROMOTIONAL CODES

Discount codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, cannot
be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. One
code per order unless we say otherwise.

7. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds
are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Both are
incorporated into these Terms.

In short: shipping within the United States is free, our products
ship from an overseas fulfilment partner, and you may request a
full refund within 60 days of delivery without returning
anything.

8. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

If you sign up for our newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any
time using the link in any email. Ordering does not automatically
subscribe you to marketing emails.

Our handling of your personal information is described in our
Privacy Policy.

9. REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content to
us or to our Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free,
worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display it in connection
with our business. You confirm the content is your own and does
not infringe anyone else's rights.

We do not pay for reviews, we do not write reviews under customer
names, and we do not remove reviews solely because they are
negative. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, off-
topic, or that identifies another person without their consent.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Site to break the law, to interfere with
its operation or security, to scrape or copy it systematically,
to resell our products without our written permission, or to
impersonate any person.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site, its text, design, photography, and the Aliviva name and
marks are owned by Norvelle LLC or licensed to us. You may not
copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services, including
our payment processor. We are not responsible for the content or
practices of third parties. Your use of their services is
governed by their own terms.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and in our Return and
Refund Policy, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the
Site and the products are provided "as is" without warranties of
any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so
some of these exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these
Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability
arising out of or relating to your order or your use of the Site
will not exceed the amount you paid for the order concerned.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages, or for lost profits.

Nothing in this section limits our liability for fraud, personal
injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be
limited by applicable law.

15. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify Norvelle LLC against claims and costs
arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the
Site.

16. RESOLVING A PROBLEM

If something goes wrong, email support@aliviva.shop first. We
reply within one business day and resolve most issues within two.

If we cannot resolve it informally within 30 days, either of us
may bring a claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of the
State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules, and
the state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have
jurisdiction.

Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in small claims
court, or from contacting your bank or card issuer about a
charge.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place
an order is the version that applies to that order. The "last
updated" date at the top shows when this page last changed.

18. GENERAL

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest
remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a
waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy,
Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, are the entire
agreement between us.
